1. Handcrafted Item Disclaimer

All items in this shop are handcrafted.
Because of this, slight variations or minor imperfections may occur. These are normal characteristics of handcrafted items and are part of their charm and uniqueness. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this natural variance.


2. No Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations

Due to the handmade and custom nature of my products, all sales are final! 
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review product descriptions, and customization details carefully before placing your order. 


 

4. Shipping & Handling

  • Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.

  • Once the package is dropped off with USPS, it is no longer in my control.

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please file a claim directly with USPS.

  • I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit.

USPS Claims:
You can file a claim on the USPS website with your tracking number and photographs of any damage.


5. Processing Time

Crafting and processing times vary depending on order volume and complexity.
Estimated processing times are provided in each listing but may be adjusted during busy seasons. If any major delay arises, I will notify you as soon as possible.


6. Order Accuracy

Please double-check spelling, colors, sizes, and customization notes before submitting your order. I create items exactly as submitted.
I am not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
